Step by step
Four simple steps. Most people are done with their part in under ten minutes.

Step 01
Everything you need comes in one small box: a lancet, a sample tube, an alcohol wipe, a plaster, a return bag and a picture guide.
Ships within 24 hours
No prescription needed
Step 02
Wash your hands, clean your fingertip with the wipe and press the lancet. A few drops of blood are enough. It takes about three minutes and barely hurts.
Warm hands make it easier
Follow the picture guide in the box

Step 03
Close the tube, put it in the return bag and seal it. Then drop it in any mailbox — postage is already paid.
Prepaid and tracked
Your sample stays anonymous
Step 04
About 3–5 days after the lab receives your sample, your report appears in the app. You’ll see which foods your body reacts to strongly, a little or not at all.
Clear colour-coded overview
Download it for your doctor
In the lab
When you eat, your immune system sometimes makes antibodies against certain foods. The lab checks how many of these antibodies (called IgG) are in your blood — for each food on the panel.
No reaction
Your body shows no noticeable response to this food.
Low
A small response. Usually nothing to change.
Moderate
A clear response. Worth watching how you feel after eating it.
Elevated
A strong response. A good place to start if you want to try leaving something out.
A high number doesn’t mean a food is “bad” for you. It shows where your body is reacting — a starting point, not a verdict.
Before you test
Keep eating as usual
The test can only see foods you’ve eaten in the last weeks. So don’t start a diet right before.
Drink a glass of water
Being well hydrated and having warm hands makes the blood flow more easily.
Keep taking your medication
Don’t stop anything on your own. If you’re unsure, ask your doctor first.
Test in the morning
Then your sample can go out the same day and arrives fresh at the lab.
Honest limits
It is
A clear overview of how your body reacts to many everyday foods
A starting point to try leaving out one or two foods and see how you feel
A report you can take to your doctor or nutrition expert
It isn’t
An allergy test — allergies are measured differently (IgE)
A diagnosis — only a doctor can make one
A reason to cut out lots of foods at once
Does it hurt?
Most people compare it to a short pinch. The lancet is tiny and clicks in and out in a second.
How long until I get my results?
Usually 3–5 days after the lab receives your sample. We’ll let you know in the app as soon as they’re ready.
What if something goes wrong with my sample?
If there isn’t enough blood or the sample gets damaged in the mail, we send you a new kit for free.
Who sees my results?
Only you. Your sample travels with a code instead of your name, and you decide if you share your report.
Order your kit today. Your part takes less than ten minutes.
